Coverage Scope
Our protection covers objective shipping risks. Below is a breakdown of what is included when you opt-in.
1. Lost in Transit
Coverage for packages presumed lost by the carrier. Claims can be filed if the tracking has not updated for 7 days (domestic) or 20 days (international).
2. Damaged
Coverage for items damaged during transit. Includes wet packages, crushed boxes, or internal breakage visible upon opening.
3. Stolen
Coverage for "Porch Piracy"—packages marked "Delivered" but not received. Requires a police report or security footage for high-value claims.
4.Delayed Packages (Premium Coverage)
If delivery exceeds the promised timeframe by a significant margin
(typically 30 days for international shipments / 10 days for domestic shipments), delay compensation may be issued as a premium benefit.
